We raised an incredible £21,192 in the Christmas Challenge to fund our project work so we can keep supporting refugees from all sorts of backgrounds, with individual needs, hopes and dreams. How amazing?!

We want to say a huge THANK YOU to all who took part in the Challenge, by sharing a post, telling a friend, or giving some money so that:

we can support new and expectant mothers by providing the equipment, clothing and advice they need
we can continue teaching English to those who would otherwise be isolated due to language and cultural barriers
we can offer fun activities for refugee kids so they can have a break from the responsibilities they face that are far beyond their years.

All this, plus community meals, cultural celebrations, creative therapy sessions, trips out to learn about English culture, and so much more.

We'll be able to hear more stories like Reza's, of lives transformed by a warm welcome and a place to receive support tailored to each and every individual. Reza’s story is still available to watch here.
